Our story

Born from our country pub’s wood-fired oven

OppiePlaas Country Kitchen grew from the popular wood-fired pizzas served at the OppiePlaas Country Pub & Restaurant in Haga Haga.

As demand increased, we began preparing convenient chilled, ready-to-bake pizzas for shops, guesthouses and other hospitality businesses.

We remain a small country kitchen, preparing manageable batches so that we can concentrate on flavour, generous toppings and friendly personal service.

Storage and baking

Keep chilled and observe the use-by date on the product label. Follow the storage, freezing and baking instructions supplied with your pizza.

Sizes and prices

Product sizes, current retail prices and approved-vendor pricing are confirmed when you order. WhatsApp us for current availability.

Allergen information

Most pizzas contain wheat (gluten) and milk. Ocean Magic contains shellfish and molluscs. Ingredients differ by variety and products are prepared in a shared kitchen, so please check the label or contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy.

Collection and delivery

Collection is from OppiePlaas Country Estate on Mtwentwe Farm. Thursday delivery is available to approved vendors by prior arrangement; delivery areas, minimum quantities and charges are confirmed individually.
